What is Coaching
Coaching is an effective way of helping people from all walks of life move to greater success, achievement and happiness.
Coaching works because you are in regular contact with a trained, skilled and objective coach who provides a structure to generate the commitment and action you need to decide and reach your goals.
Coaching sessions take place at regular intervals and last approximately one hour. Coaching may take place via the telephone, email or face to face, or any combination of these methods - whatever works for you and fits in with your daily life.
You will need to be prepared to make a commitment, to put in some time, to practise some techniques, be determined, patient and courageous to achieve the results you want. Above all, you must genuinely want to change your life.

Coaching is totally private and confidential and all records are kept safe.
If you wish to tell your boss, friends, family or colleagues you are undertaking a coaching programme that is entirely up to you.
