Wiser Mind is a life- and business-coaching practice run by Asdis Lindal. Wiser Mind is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Wiser Mind offers personal or work related coaching. Sessions can take place over the phone or face-to-face.

Asdis, Icelandic born, holds a E.C.I. accredited diploma in Life and Business coaching,  she is an accredited NLP pratcitioner, timeline therapist and hypnotherapist. Asdis is also qualified as a sport-massage therapist and offers this at the Framar Health clinic on Lisburn Road, Belfast.

She has been active in sport all her life and holds a black belt in karate. She has lived in 5 countries and speaks fluently english, danish and icelandic.

Wiser Mind serves clients across Ireland, UK and Scandinavia.
